I ship Prioritaire (France) or standard airmail (EU/international). Delivery times, therefore, will vary depending on the ability of La Poste to run a business coherently. I aim to post within 48 hours of your order, post office permitting, unless it’s a piece that’s made to order.

In the unlikely event that something does get lost in the post, please do get in touch and we can work out where we go from there. It’s certainly not your fault if the post office can’t manage to make a delivery, so I will be glad to send a new product where possible, or issue store credit/a refund in case of unique pieces.

Please note that orders for Christmas gifts for delivery outside the EU must be placed by 1 December in order to have a hope of being with you by Christmas. Custom-made pieces should be discussed before purchase, in case workload is prohibitive.

For EU countries, Christmas orders should be placed by 6 December.

Orders within France should be placed by 15 December.

The nearer Christmas you order, the less able I am to guarantee your purchase will arrive by Christmas – this is particularly true of custom-order pieces. Please order early to avoid disappointment!
