I ship Prioritaire (France) or standard airmail (EU/international). Delivery times will vary depending on the postal system, particularly if there are high levels of postal traffic or extra security measures in place.
I aim to post your order within 2 working days of your order, post office permitting, unless it’s a piece that’s made to order.
Please note that payment must be made in full before any products are posted.
In the unlikely event that something does get lost in the post, please do get in touch and we can work out where we go from there. It’s certainly not your fault if the post office can’t manage to make a delivery, so I will be glad to send a new product where possible, or issue store credit/a refund in case of unique pieces.
Returns, exchanges and refunds

I’m more than happy to repair my own products free of charge in the unlikely event that they fail during reasonable use (Please note that reasonable use doesn’t include being eaten by pets, for example – though I’m happy to consider repairs for a small cost in that case.)
In the (hopefully unlikely!) event you are unhappy with your product – I know things can look different when you get them home – please contact me as soon as possible. I’m happy to issue refunds for items, where you have requested this within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact me before returning any items for details of where to return products to. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
